Changes to two rosters in LeagueOne
Yesterday, two changes to the rosters in LeagueOne were implemented.
First up, CYSA has removed the "League Registrar" signature line from the official roster (CYSA Team Roster). The line has always been an optional item on the roster and a recent poll found that an overwhelming percentage of folks just don't use it. Because of that it raised a lot of questions amongst coaches who were worried that something was missing when it wasn't signed. If you league normally does sign rosters, you are free to still sign in that area at the lower left.
Second, a small change to the Draft Roster in LeagueOne. We have added a time and date stamp to the lower right of the draft roster to help the leagues in managing their paperwork. The official roster has always carried the time stamp, but for some reason it was left off the draft.
CYSA Photo Upload Instructions
Last week LeagueOne released the much anticipated ability to upload pictures of players and team staff. The new features are really cool and will save registrars countless hours of cutting and pasting pictures. We have now published some instructions on how to use the new features.

Exciting New Changes To LeagueOne! Starting Friday, April 1, 2011
We are excited to present the new LeagueOne User Interface! Now with an easier and more intuitive design guaranteed to make the system easier for users to navigate the system with minimal training. Upgrades also lay the foundation for future enhancements allowing multi-tasking in different screens, and allowing a wider scope of user access to the system.
It is important to note that only the navigation is changing. The menu structure and the screens are the same as before. You will still see the same six menus (Players, Teams, etc.) and the same sub menus under each. We are only updating the look and feel of the system, and how you get from one place to another.

Keep in mind that these changes represent the first of two phases of upgrades we are making to the user interface over the course of 2011.

Printing Problems? PDF Error Messages?
We are seeing reports of printing problems after the latest LeagueOne update. If you are experiencing odd printing problems, check the version of the PDF (Adobe Reader) software that you have. If you are using a version that is older than 8.0, you need to upgrade! The version is 10. You can download the latest version here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

CSAN Player & Parent Waiver Form
Note: Players under the age of 18 who play for a CSAN affiliated team must sign this form and also obtain the signature of at least one parent
CYSA Membership Form #1601
Note: This form requires a wet-ink signature: This form MUST be signed by the Parent/Legal Guardian OR a Player age 18 or over. Players who turn 18 during the seasonal year must have a new form filled out. Players who are 18 MUST sign their own form. The wet-ink signature must be in a color ink other than black if the form is downloaded from the CYSA website. Two copies of this form must be turned into your League/Club Registrar with the appropriate fees. You may make a copy of the signed form and turned the original and the copy in or you may turn in two signed copies of this form.
Please DO NOT mail or send this form into the CYSA State Office.
