Annual General Meeting
The CYSA Annual General Meeting is most important meeting is where the membership as an opportunity to change the CYSA rules of play. April 15th, 2012 at the Walnut Creek Marriott.
Rule Change Proposals
Any proposed change to the CYSA Constitution, Bylaws, General Procedures and Specific Rules must be received at the CYSA State Office no later than 5:00pm on December 23rd, 2011. Proposals received after the December 23rd deadline will not be considered. In addition, no changes to a proposal or its justification other than to correct obvious typographical errors may be made after the September 30th deadline. Proposals bay be submitted by:

A Member of the CYSA Board of Directors
Proposals submitted by a CYSA affiliated league must be on league letterhead with a copy of the league's Board of Directors meeting minutes showing the league approval of the proposed rule change.

Coach of the Year Luncheon
The Coach of the Year Luncheon is where the District Boys & Girls Coaches of the Year are recognized for their accomplishment for being selected as District Coach of the Year.
Hall of Fame Dinner
The CYSA Hall of Fame Dinner is where CYSA honors those individuals who have made an outstanding contributions to youth soccer as a player, coach, referee, administrator or other youth soccer-related activities by whorthy participants.
League Presidents' Workshop
This is an annual event where all 129 CYSA League Presidents come together to to have the opportunity to hear from industry experts and discuss with other League Presidents the many challenges, rewards, and keys to success in the role of League President.

Soccer Expo
The 2012 CYSA Soccer Expo will be held on Saturday, February 4th, 2012 at the DoubleTree Modesto, Modesto, CA.

Dozens of vendors will be participating in this event, offering the latest in soccer apparel, equipment, fund-raising items, and general sports-related items.
Tournament Directors' Workshop
This is an annual event where all Tournament Directors come together to have the opportunity to hear from industry experts and discuss with other Tournament Directors the many challenges, rewards, and keys to a successful Tournament.
