Leo Lindo Wins US Youth Soccer Goal of the Year!
2011 US Youth Soccer Goal and Save of the Year named - Leo Lindo of CYSA and Palo Alto SC 99B blue wins Soccer Goal of the Year.
    Boston (Feb. 17, 2012) – The 2011 US Youth Soccer Goal and Save of the Year award recipients were announced tonight at the US Youth Soccer Awards Gala, held in conjunction with the 2012 US Youth Soccer Workshop in Boston. Based on an open submission process and online voting, the national US Youth Soccer Goal of the Year award winner is Leonardo Lindo of Palo Alto, Calif., and the Save of the Year winner is Alyse Scott of Marietta, Ga. Lindo plays for Palo Alto SC and Scott patrols the net for NASA 12 Elite 2.
