75% League Fee Summary Report

RP 1:1:0: SUBMITTAL OF REGISTRATION MONIES TO THE CYSA STATE OFFICE

All leagues shall submit directly to the CYSA State Office no later than September 1 of each seasonal year at least 75% of their registration fees based on the preceding year's registration.  All payments will be made by league check. The CYSA State Office will invoice each league on June 1 for the amounts to be paid by September 1.  The invoice will be sent to the League President as shown on the League Board of Directors' form then on file with the CYSA State Office with copies sent to the District Commissioner, District Registrar, and League Registrar.  On July 1, August 1, and September 1, the CYSA State Office will send to the League President as shown on the League Board of Directors' form then on file with the CYSA State Office a statement showing the total amount due, the amount received, and the amount remaining outstanding.  The July 1 statement will be sent to the League President with a copy to the League Registrar.  The August 1 and September 1 statements will be sent to the League President with copies to the League Registrar, District Registrar, and District Commissioner.

Starting August 1, leagues that have complied with the payment requirements will be identified as having done so on CYSA's web site.

Failure to comply with the September 1 payment requirement shall result in a fine of $40 for each calendar day after September 1 that the league has not paid the 75% plus all fines incurred with the league being placed in bad standing on October 1 and continuing until all of the 75% plus all fines have been paid.

With the exception of Spring Leagues, the remaining registration fees must be paid by league check directly to the CYSA State Office by May 1. Spring Leagues will be notified by the District Commissioners as to when final payments are due at the CYSA State Office.  (PIM 99-1)

2007/2008 75% Registration Fees Paid

Below is the chart for all Affiliated Leagues in California Youth Soccer Association, Inc. who have fulfilled the seventy-five (75%) requirement per PIM 99-1 (Rev. 05/06).   Just a reminder to those League's who haven't paid their 75%, AFTER September 4th 2007 Leagues will be fined $40.00 per calendar day plus the 75% due and will be placed in bad standing on October 1st, 2007 continuing until the 75% due and all fines are paid.
