The Programs Department
staff is working diligently to review all paperwork in the
order received and send status notifications to the teams. We
are processing the applications as quickly as we can.
Paperwork submitted after
5 PM on Friday October 23rd may still be in the queue to be
reviewed. Because of the priority of processing the
applications, the programs staff will be unavailable to speak
with you individually to confirm receipt of any components of
your application.
Due to several hundred
teams submitting applications, payment or rosters during the
finals days of the application period, members will need to be
patient and understand that there will be a time lag in
reviewing/processing any paperwork that arrived on October 23rd
or later.
Teams will receive their
confirmation and status notification after we are able to
review their paperwork. Status notification for each team
will be sent to the individual who is listed as the primary
team contact person. All other team members should
communicate with that person for status updates.
If you submitted ALL
COMPONENTS (entry form, roster and payment) of your
paperwork in time to arrive at the CYSA Office before October
23rd and your application does not show as accepted
on the list of applications received, email
kkillion@cysanorth.org for follow up. Give specific
dates, what was submitted, etc and we will follow up at our
first opportunity. DO NOT SEND INQUIRIES FOR APPLICATIONS
RECEIVED AFTER OCTOBER 23RD. THOSE APPLICATIONS
HAVE YET TO BE REVIEWED AND WILL BE DEALT WITH ROUTINELY.
