NO LATER THAN 5 PM ON MONDAY MAY 19^TH, email a copy of the electronic application to your District Commissioner and to Kathi Killion at the CYSA Office kkillion@cysanorth.org

Each team participating in FWRL shall be responsible for all costs incurred in connection with its participation in FWRL.

All FWRL team applications approved by the team’s District Commissioner will be placed on the June 2008 agenda for Board of Directors’ consideration.

Teams and the FWRL will be notified no later than June 3^rd of the decision of the Board of Directors.

The FWRL will consider the applications of all teams approved by their State Associations and will make a determination as to the team’s acceptance or rejection for the FWRL.

Leagues with teams approved to participate in the FWRL may submit a request to host games. 

Requests to host will be considered by the FWRL Commissioner and Committee.

Leagues with teams approved to host FWRL games must provide a Site Coordinator as per FWRL rules.

The hosting league must provide the name, phone number, cell phone number and email address of the Site Coordinator to the FWRL and the CYSA Office.

Leagues approved to host FWRL games must notify the CYSA Office and the State Youth Referee Administrator immediately of all dates, times and locations for which they are approved to host.  Referees assigned must be with the approval of the State Youth Referee Administrator or his named designee(s).

The State Youth Referee Administrator or his designee(s) will notify the FWRL Commissioner, the CYSA Office and the hosting league/team of the referee assignments for the games hosted by CYSA leagues.

The FWRL Roster will be the official CYSA roster as authorized by the team’s District Registrar.  The roster must be submitted to the CYSA Office and the FWRL no later than seven days prior to the team’s first FWRL game.

In addition to the players (up to 18 players) on the official roster, FWRL teams may utilize guest players from their league of registration throughout the duration of the season. 

For U14-U16 teams, the teams may designate up to seven different guest players to be used in any number of games throughout the duration of the season. 

For U17-U19 teams, the teams may designate up to three different guest players to be used in any number of games throughout the duration of the season.

In order for a guest player to be eligible, the team must submit a CYSA guest player form for that player to the CYSA Office no later than 10 days prior to the first FWRL game in which the guest player will participate.

The CYSA Office will authorize the guest player form and forward to the FWRL no later than 7 days prior to the first FWRL game in which the guest player will participate.

No more than 18 players will be on the team’s lineup card and play in any one game.
